Terms of service
Qint operates the payment gateway. 24crypto is the licensed entity responsible for compliance, KYC/AML, custody, and fiat payout. Use of the platform is bound by both parties' terms.
Privacy
We collect only the data needed to operate the gateway: merchant identity, transaction metadata, and webhook delivery logs. Buyer information may include receipt email addresses and invoice customer details supplied by merchants or buyers, in addition to payment metadata. Business verification may involve company documents and identity information processed by 24crypto and its verification provider.
Acceptable use
Sanctioned jurisdictions, mixing services, and illicit goods are not permitted. Merchant status enforcement gates payment intent creation before transactions can flow.
Security
API keys have read/write permissions and can be revoked. Webhooks are HMAC-signed. The state machine is idempotent and the audit trail is immutable. Contact support for information about security controls and reporting a vulnerability.
