Below are short summaries of our policies. Full documents are available on request — and are signed alongside the service agreement.
Terms of service
Qint operates the payment gateway. 24crypto is the licensed entity responsible for compliance, KYC/AML, custody, and fiat payout. Use of the platform is bound by both parties' terms.
Privacy
We collect only the data needed to operate the gateway: merchant identity, transaction metadata, and webhook delivery logs. We do not collect end-buyer personal data beyond what blockchains expose publicly.
Acceptable use
Sanctioned jurisdictions, mixing services, and illicit goods are not permitted. Merchant status enforcement gates payment intent creation before transactions can flow.
Security
API keys are scoped per environment. Webhooks are HMAC-signed. The state machine is idempotent and the audit trail is immutable. Pen-test reports available under NDA.
